We are a corporation whose majority shareholder is the National State, and we are currently undergoing privatization as part of the plan promoted by the President of the Nation, Javier Milei. Today, we have a significant presence in the Argentine energy market through the purchase, transportation, and sale of gas and electricity.

We promote the country's energy development to increase the production and generation of energy. Increasing the supply will allow energy to be more accessible to all of Argentina and also enable export to various countries.
We move forward on the path marked by the Law 27.742. With the goal of realizing the transition to a new energy market dynamic in which the State no private agents, promoting competition and creating the conditions favorable to a better future.
Today, we are the leading buyer of local gas. We have an integrated system of pipelines composed by: gas Pipeline Perito Moreno (GPM); Rollback Pipeline North (RGN); Pipeline of Federal Integration (GIF); Pipeline Mercedes-Cardales (GMC); a gas Pipeline from the north-east Argentina (GNEA) and Pipeline Integration Juana Azurduy (GIJA). We sell natural gas to distributors, through a secondary network, we provide the service to the users.
In winter, when demand increases, we supply natural gas through the import of LNG vessels arriving at the regasification port located in Escobar, Buenos Aires. We also participate in the electricity market. We do so through the Manuel Belgrano and San Martín thermal power plants, which together account for 8% of the country's electric power generation.

We carry the 86% of the electricity consumed in our country through the indirect participation in Transener and Transba.
We sell electric energy through Hydroelectric power Bi and interconnections international with Uruguay, Brazil and Paraguay covering 18% of the demand of the country.
In the meantime, we move forward with the Hydro power stations in the Santa Cruz river (AHRSC), a set of works aimed at providing electricity to the national electricity market.
